Barbecue Spare Ribs

Barbecue spare ribs are finger-licking good. The best part is that you just rub the spice mixture over them and pop them into the slow cooker. They can cook all day while you’re at work, and when you come home, you get to enjoy scrumptious ribs for dinner. The Keto Coleslaw complements these ribs well.

DAIRY-FREE, NUT-FREE, EGG-FREE, PALEO

2 pounds spare ribs

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1.Pat the ribs dry with paper towels, and slice them into sections to fit in the slow cooker.

2.In a small bowl, stir together the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, and pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the ribs.

3.Place the ribs in the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours, until the meat is very tender and falling off the bones.

4.Serve hot.
